What are the education programmes available?

How to buy seeds and Planting materials?
By sending letters/Fax and e- mail.

Direct Purchasing from Plant Sales Centres at Botanic Gardens (Peradeniya,Hakgala,Gampaha)
What are the opening hours of the sales centres?
From 8.30 a.m to 3.30 p.m on 7 days of the week thoughout the year.
Do you provide advice on ornamental plant diseases?
Yes. Please bring a sample (Diseased plant) for diagnosis during office hours.
How to join Suwahas Mal programme?
Send a letter addressed to Deputy Director Floriculture research, giving address and relevent details.
Can the circuit bunglows within the gardens be reserved ?
Reservation is only for members/staff under the line ministry.
Facilities provided for disabled personnel?
Wheel chairs provided at the entrance
